Design and sell upscale, tailor-made vacation packages to Costa Rica, working one-on-one with clients from initial inquiry through booking. No cold calling — only warm leads. This is a commission-based, performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Build and sell custom Costa Rica vacation itineraries for individual travelers and small groups.
- Guide clients through the planning process, from first contact to final booking.
- Travel periodically to partner hotels and lodges throughout Costa Rica to stay up to date on the product.
- Collaborate with the sales team and industry partners to close bookings and grow repeat business.
What We're Looking For
- Must live in Costa Rica.
- Near-native English proficiency (C1/C2).
- First-hand knowledge of Costa Rica as a tourism destination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- A resilient, professional and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer skills.
