Travel Consultant – Multi-Destination

The travel consultant will report to the Biz Dev Sales Managers. Their mission is to excel at selling vacation packages to our main destinations, Colombia, Panama, Nicaragua, Belize, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, and the travel industry and understand our mission, vision, and values.

Employment Details

This is a remote role with base salary plus commission.
You must live in Costa Rica.

What You'll Do

Consult with travel advisors and direct clients to gather detailed information.
Work with our software programs to build and implement detailed itineraries.
Educate and inform clients about our products and services.
Revise itineraries as needed per client feedback and make knowledgeable suggestions.
Build and maintain relationships with your accounts.

What We're Looking For

Perfect spoken & written English.
Sales experience is required.
Past experience in the travel industry and/or hospitality industry is required.
Ability to problem solve.
Complete or partial knowledge of our destinations.
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.
